We Are Looking For You
You are an experienced, full-stack developer with experience on product teams. You want to work on a highly functioning, effective team that empowers its developers and delivers quality code. You are interested in UX and user-centered development. You’re a great communicator and want to work on a highly collaborative team. You’re pragmatic but you’re also disciplined in your craft. You’re always looking for a challenge and to learn something new. You want to work on exciting, innovative, and impactful products. You take pride in your work, but can also leave your ego at the door. Rails experience is a big plus, but not required.
The Team
Right now we are a small team of four developers that have worked together for years at multiple organizations. We are building this thing from the ground up; you’d be our first outside team addition. Come help us scale as we start bringing on our first group of developers, designers, and business analysts. We’ve worked on our dev cycle, so it’s pretty automated and is delightful to work with. But you can contribute so much to helping us improve it for everyone here on out!

Your Work / Responsibilities
- Deliver well crafted code that provides a great user experience
- Full stack development in Rails and many other frameworks/technologies
- Write comprehensive tests for your work
- Help design architecture and infrastructure of complex systems services
- Integrate multiple APIs, legacy systems, and green-field applications
- Work directly with clients, product owners, and analysts to solve real world problems
- Review team members’ PRs and help improve code quality
- Help define best practices across projects
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our culture and operations
